Created by Chef Mak Kwai Pui, former star of the 3-star Michelin restaurant Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong, its success is unquestionable! The signature dish is the pork bun. The other dishes are just as tempting, with a wide choice of dumplings (shrimp, pork, vegetables, etc.), fried dishes, rice, Hong Kong-style noodles and even more side dishes to share, such as pork dumplings in a spicy sauce.
