Crystal Jade is a chain with many restaurants in Singapore, but the one at the Paragon is among the top of the range for both the refinement of its cuisine and the elegance of its modern Chinese decor. Highlights include diced beef sautéed with black pepper, dim sum, crispy rolls with shrimp and mango, braised duck and salt-cured shrimp sautéed in egg yolk. A sure bet, go there with your eyes closed!
