Candle Nut is located in the fashionable and chic Dempsey Hill complex, converted military barracks. The restaurant itself has a Michelin star. The tasting menu, excellent value for money, introduces you to local Peranakan cuisine with a modern twist. Other menus are available, as are à la carte dishes. Every effort is made to use seasonal produce. The decor is original and in harmony with the type of cuisine offered by renowned chef Malcolm Lee.
