Inside the Regent Hotel. Michelin-starred, this Chinese restaurant is very quiet, especially if you take the tables near the bay window overlooking the pool. The meal consists of a choice of seven or eight courses: steamed ravioli, sautéed pork noodles, tofu fritters, chicken and mushroom soup.
