Char Restaurant is an institution in Singapore. The restaurant occupies two of the four floors of a traditional shop-house. It is run by two English brothers, Anthony and Alvin, with over 30 years' experience in the restaurant business in Birmingham. With this experience behind them, the brothers have returned to Singapore and their cuisine now combines Chinese and European cuisine. For lovers of Cantonese cuisine, let yourself be seduced by their must-try dishes: Char Siew, Roast Pork Belly, Special Honey BBQ Pork and Roast Duck.
