A dried meat stand... But not the dried meat of the Grisons, here it is a sweet-salty dried meat, a Chinese specialty called bakkwa. Originating from Fujian, bakkwa is considered a delicacy and is made following an ancient Chinese preservation method, using pork, beef or chicken. You will find a large selection of this sweet with a spicy version(chilli). This grocery store offers other specialties such as sausages, shortbread, meat floss (another Chinese specialty to decorate dishes).
