Open for over 50 years, Swee Choon Tim Sum has nothing left to prove. The steamed ravioli and baos are simply divine, and at ridiculously low prices to boot. Other fried specialties and Hong-Kong French toast are also on the menu. The must-tries are the signature mee-suan kueh and the custard-rich liu sha bao. Finally, for those with a sweet tooth, let yourself be surprised by the yan paste and gingo nut dessert. As a group, opt for a menu for maximum discovery and pleasure. Victim of its own success, expect to queue.
