If Li Xin Teochew is so popular with Singaporeans, and has been since 1968, it's for its delicious fishball noodle recipe. The company has several outlets in the city, this one located in the Orchard ION Food Republic, a very convenient spot for a break during a shopping session. The Mee Pok is delicious, with its carefully balanced combination of tomato and sambal chili, and the dumplings are softly textured and generously flavored, for an unforgettable taste experience. A must in terms of on-the-go cooking!
