In an opulent brown and black décor, with flowers here and there, and a service that blends ivory and jade, we serve Cantonese cuisine that aims to be avant-garde and innovative. A very chic Chinese restaurant, but the atmosphere can seem rather austere... Nevertheless, the dishes are very well prepared, refined and of the highest quality. Try the abalone, a real delight, the chicken feet, original and... crunchy, and especially the crab with white pepper, a marvel! A rather expensive establishment, but with no unpleasant taste surprises.
