If you want to escape for a day in the open sea, on the side of Ubin Island, this kelong or fish farm is perfect for a tasting of very fresh products. Sea bass, crabs, crabs, squid or shrimps are taken directly out of the seawater tanks, almost by the minute and cooked to your preference. And if you feel like it, you're even invited to fish for your own meal. Remember to book 3 days in advance anyway.
