Singapore is the city of all possibilities, with a Michelin-starred Australian restaurant specializing in grilled meats. No tables, but a long counter overlooking the enormous barbecue specially created for chef Dave Pynt and his busy brigade. The seasonal menu features juicy, smoky meats, but also overpriced oysters, king crab or the Burnt Ends Sanger, a kind of brioche burger with pulled pork and coleslaw. It's as solid as an Outback farmer's. Reservations essential.
