The rooms are a little small and the decor a little old-fashioned, but you're in a historic hotel nonetheless. Housed in 5 recently restored shophouses in a row, you'll get a taste of Singapore's traditional charm, a welcome change from the big hotels with over 50 floors. Despite the austere decor, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, in a very typical neighborhood surrounded by a wide choice of bars and restaurants. A decent service for a mid-range hotel. Well located in Chinatown.
