The Council is a music agency that has developed nightclubs like Headquarters and Plastik Dreams. This nightclub does not follow the usual commercial nightclub programming, you can dance to the rhythm of techno, house and disco, minimal, deep, tribal and acid. International DJs play here regularly as well as local DJs. Among them are Young Marco, Me & Her, and on the more local scene: Sunju Hargun, Mendy Indigo and Jonathan Kusuma.
