Located in the Tiong Bahru area, west of Chinatown, the Qi Tiang Gong Temple is the only temple in Singapore dedicated to the Monkey King. The Monkey King is famous for his bravery, his ability to distinguish between truth and falsehood and his help to the poor. The temple contains more than 10 statues of the monkey god, the oldest of which is over a century old. On the occasion of the 16th day of the first month and the 8th month of the lunar calendar, dances of lions, dragons and performances of Chinese opera are organized. Ask about it because the show is worth it.
