Surprisingly, the 7 towers of this building complex house 1,900 social housing units (HBD). Two terraces linking the towers have been built on the 26th and 50th floors, with relaxation areas and hanging gardens. They are open to the public, but only 200 visitors are allowed each day. From the 50th floor you can enjoy a sumptuous view of the city-state. On August 9th, national day, it is a good plan to admire the fireworks.
