With Japanese finesse, techniques and flavors, Flor's chef revisits French pastry classics. His cakes are lighter and more aesthetically pleasing. In short, they're hard to resist. We fall for the chocolate madeleines, financiers, palets bretons and langues de chat. Given the success of the brand, two other establishments have opened in the city, the latest in 2019 at the Capitol mall.
