A ray of Italy in the heart of Brioude, at the foot of the basilica. Here, you can enjoy Neapolitan-style pizzas with thin, crispy dough. This artisanal production is based on top-quality Italian flour. The master pizza maker offers no fewer than 25 traditional pizzas, as well as local variations (truffadette, brivadoise...). All products are fresh and, if possible, organic. You can also order a salad or pasta (tagliatelle, gnocchi...). Probably the best pizzeria in Brioude.
