It's in a small room with 30 covers, decorated in a chic bistro style and warm tones, that early in the morning, gummy bears mingle with a hot drink. Here, seasonal produce takes pride of place in an elaborate traditional cuisine, where salmon is smoked by their own hands in tartare, gravlax or escalope, accompanied by home fries. On the premises or to take away, dishes are tasty and varied. Country terrine, calf's head, sauerkraut, beef tongue in spicy sauce, floating island, tarte Tatin... Don't forget to book.
