After 15 years of loyal service in the center of Brioude, Cardigan's has become Cardi, with a resolutely more modern and festive concept. This brasserie-pub is a not-to-be-missed address which, in high season, serves traditional cuisine with a touch of international inspiration from midday to midnight. The beautiful rooftop is well worth the detour, with its guinguette spirit. The second room upstairs has a lovely bar with an authentic Irish pub atmosphere. Lounge atmosphere in the evening and afternoon tea room.
