A very popular address for lovers of Auvergne cheeses and those from other regions, to enhance a salad or simply for gourmet pleasure. Each season has its own cheeses. In summer, we love mozzarella di bufala campana, the real thing, with basil. The unavoidable farmhouse St. Nectaire, matured for several weeks, the goat and ewe cheeses, the blue-veined cheeses and all the others. You will also find a nice selection of wines from our regions, honeys and jams. Ask for advice on how to match them with your platters.
