The "Chinese" has become "TungLok Heen", but neither the manager nor the team has changed. Susur Lee, the iconic chef, continues to sprinkle his finely crafted savoir-faire by Ken Ling. The table showcases contemporary Asian cuisine with a menu that includes a range of refined Chinese dishes, praised by local critics. The chef also has fun revisiting Singaporean street food such as oyster omelette, crab or duck thought up here with extra soul and to be eaten with a fork and knife.
