Located at the entrance of the shopping centre at the beginning of Sentosa Island, this establishment is a happy whirlwind of activity. Stands are set up in colourful shophouses and on the covered, air-conditioned street. A good smell of spices, broths and doughnuts is given off. For good fried noodles, go to KL Jalan Alor Hokkien Mee. The Penang Lor Bak booth allows to discover a specialty better known as ngor hiang in Singapore. It is a meat-filled and fried turnover, served with a tangy sauce.
