This slightly old-fashioned 3-star establishment has the merit of offering room and board in a quiet part of the city center, just opposite the French embassy and close to the business district: a convenient location, combined with a decent level of comfort and cleanliness. A pub creaks with wood panelling, a small swimming pool keeps you cool in the heat of the city, and a restaurant-bar with a terrace offers a few brasserie-style dishes that aren't too bad - but as there's much better food in town, it's best to eat out.
