Wie im Traum!

The best hotel i have ever seen, beautiful sea facing rooms, service is outstanding.
Food is too tasty...loved to spend time on beach which was private beach.

الاستقبال غير جيد يقول ادفع تامين ولم شاف فيزا عندي قال خلاص ادفع بعدين !!
صحيح نظيف مكان وجميل بس مافكر ارجع له مره ثانيه بحكم فيه حشرات كثير والاستقبال غير متعاون

Mr Nicolas Arekion made our stay perfect. There were some miscommunication when we checked in with our entitlement of meals and reservations. We were unhappy but Mr Arekion delivered all that we were entitled and even more. He served his guests with passion and I like how he put it “Guests are happy, he is happy.” The room was nice and we were welcome with a sun hat for the gentleman and a beautiful scarf for the lady. All were good except the unseal rubber of the bathroom door which resulted in wet bathroom after each shower. We feedback and we’re given extra floor mat to wipe the floor. There were live bands throughout the evening in the outdoor and indoor sitting which we love. They sang well. Sunset ???? were beautiful. Over all, it is a happy hotel to stay. A note, this hotel is located in the North so it is about an hour ride to most of the activities in the South. We travelled about 2 hours daily and paid for the transports to South activities for 2 days

It is definitely a wonderful resort. I couldn’t swim, but I was able to experience other things, such as spa and the boating area. They were all friendly and welcomed us at all times, and every night there was a beautiful evening of singing

Although the spa was amazing but so sad that they don’t have much staff so it’s hard to find a time but even tho they were so welcoming and happy to serve you
Definitely will come again

Also so sad that I got the best piña colada in the end of my vacation was made by Sandrine B. Thank you so much????????
