From Cancale to Trou-aux-Biches, talented Mauritian chef Pramod Gobin cultivates the legacy of spice buccaneer Olivier Roellinger, former 3-star Michelin chef and mentor of this island institution rightly considered one of the finest restaurants on the island. The result is creative dishes with bold, bold and beautiful flavors - simply a magician's cuisine. The setting is in perfect harmony with the dishes: an elegant Creole house with its varangue overlooking the water, where Odile has always officiated with warmth and delicacy. A magical setting!

Le Pescartore is one if not the best restaurant in the area. As many of the surrounding restaurant are part of the resorts close by we appreciate a nice restaurant standing independently.
We had the seafood pasta and the Berry fish. A little to small portions but it tasted amazing.
The staff was nice and the atmosphere was charming and easy.
