Our group was there for lunch and ordered the special thali variety meals. The food was very tasty, with really helpful and friendly servers. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. They were quite busy at lunch time which is testament to the quality and value for money. The restaurant is upstairs and easily accessible by lifts. Parking is relatively easy as it is at the Super-U center.

Great place for Indian. Ate in for dinner and takeaway for lunch on 2 separate occasions. Tried the chicken vindaloo, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, tandoori seafood platter, garlic nan, mango lassi and couple more dishes I can’t remember the names of. Highly recommend trying this place out.

La cuisine est très bonne !
Le service est déplorable et très très très lent. Les serveurs ont du mal à comprendre les commandes il faut généralement leur montrer le menu.
En ce qui concerne l’ambiance, il n’y en a pas !
Il est difficile d’obtenir un sourire hormis quand on passe à la caisse… Le service est sans doute un supplément payant ?

We offered a veg platter for 2 the portion when the platter came it came as non-veg platter and the curry we took was tasteless no taste and leaving a burn after taste no recommended they should review there menu

Amazing food and great service in regards to recommendation. They can give you non-spicy dishes for children if you need. Everything is fresh and delicious. You can tell a lot of love and experience goes into each dish. Can recommend the fish vindaloo.

Pendant notre séjour à Grand Baie, nous sommes venus chez Happy Rajah à plusieurs reprises car leur plats sont excellents, copieux et à un prix vraiment très raisonnable : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus (petite mention spéciale aux naans fromage : je n'en ai jamais mangé de si bons ????)

Best Indian Restaurant in the north. Staff very friendly. The Food was tasty. Butter chicken and garlic naan was my favourite. I highly recommend this restaurant ????

Since when ajinomoto is used in Indian cuisine ? Consuming in excess can have a negative impact on our health. Excess consumption of Ajinomoto can lead to elevated blood pressure and an increase in the levels of uric acid in the body. It can also lead to poor digestion, nausea, headaches, heart palpitations, and other health issues. This is done purposely for you to buy drinks which is extremely expensive ????

Lovely deco and staff very attentive and nice atmosphere. Food was OK, nothing special. Portions average and naans could have been larger for the price. Good vegetarian options

Expérience vraiment pas cool . J’ai commandé à emporté , et j’ai reçu autre chose . Le restau ne voulait rien entendre et n’a fait aucun geste ! Hors j’étais une bonne cliente

Dommage que cet établissement ne se trouve pas en bord de mer...

Update: every time we visit, the portions are smaller and smaller. Probably not gonna go back anymore.
Location is perfect, with ample parking, the food is fantastic every time and the service is great too.One of my favorite places to go ????

Service pitoyable. C’est dommage de ne pas savoir gérer un service en salle ni même s’organiser pour recevoir le maximum de personne sur une soirée.
La nourriture est plutôt bonne !

Ils nous ont demandés de nous lever en cours de repas car nous étions 2 sur une table de 4 (resto aux 3/4) vide.

Didn't dine in but had a delicious takeaway.
It was quite busy, so getting menus and placing an order took a while.
Tip - phone in advance and collect as it takes at least 30 minutes to prepare (I don't mind as it is fresh)
I had a vegetarian option (I'm not vegetarian) because it sounded interesting. It was delicious ????
Briyani rice is a must-have side dish

On y mange toujours très bien. Pensez à réserver le weekend. Et faites confiance aux serveurs quand ils vous annoncent que c’est très épicé

On croirait se retrouver en INde. Cosy, gouteux pour les papilles, et ok pour toutes les bourses. Un moment délicieux. Ne pas s'arrêter aux allures extérieures du building où il se situe, c'est un autre univers lorsqu'on y entre. Recommande vivement. Un excellent restaurant et excellent rapport qualité prix, qui en 2018 est toujours aussi bien qu'en 2013.

Excellent! Sans doute, l'un des meilleurs restaurants de Grand Baie. A peine, nous avions franchi la porte que nous étions déjà transporté en Inde. Le cadre est somptueux, et la décoration du restaurant est magnifique. La cuisine est parfaite. Le service est rapide et efficace. Les serveurs sont souriants et attentionnés. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
