Staff is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. There is a wide choice of food during breakfast although it is every day the same. Almost every evening there is an entertainment program in the main restaurant. Room (family suite) was very spacious but the furniture and equipment need to be refurbished. There is a wide choice of FREE of charge water activities - we used a glass boat trip. Nice restaurants and supermarkets are in close range (CocoChil bar is highly recommended). Hotel has its own beach which is nice and small. Parking places are available with no problem.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel, l'emplacement est idéal, tout à proximité....l'attention est bonne, le petit déjeuner savoureux, le barman est généreux...seul bémol pendant notre séjour il y avait beaucoup de vent sur la plage.

Hôtel agréable dans un joli parc arboré, donnant sur la plage de la baie. Ambiance agréable : le personnel est souriant et de bon conseil. Les repas sont de qualité et diversifiés. Bus en sortant de l hôtel.

Nettes kleines Hotel. Schöner Garten mit viel Natur und exotischen Vögeln die beim Frühstück immer mit dabei sind. Restaurant super mit vielfältigen Speisen und sehr netten Personal. Jeden Abend Livemusik. Montags kommen junge Einheimische Musiker mit drei Tänzerinnen - die sind echt spitze. Am Strand ist leider immer sehr starker Wind. Es waren fast keine Leute da. Aber er ist echt schön. Vielleicht haben wir ja nicht die ideale Zeit erwischt. Aber anderswo war fast kein Wind ??? Mann kann auch viel unternehmen mit dem Bus. Grand Baje, Botanischer Garten, und in die Hauptstadt Port Luis dahin kostet der Bus umgerechnet ca. 95 Cent. Wir hatten auch zwei Katamaran Touren. Da wird auf dem Schiff gegrillt und Getränke gibt's natürlich auch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Be careful of booking with them if you are a foreigner that has to rely on emails as only means of communication.
They go back on their word and their cancellation policy doesn’t exist until you have to cancel and then they run around a bush keeping you on line to where they don’t have to refund or they just stop answering emails.
I wont recommend the place.

Die Anlage selbst ist im Kernbereich herrlich angelegt, der Essbereich ist gut und zweckmäßig und die Strandbar samt Strandabschnitt sind auch sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Im besonderen wurde sich hier mehr Mühe gegeben, da die Strandbar auch für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist und einfache Gäste die nur Speisen wollen hier bedient werden. Das Personal ist wie überall durchwachsen mit Menschen die ihren Job mal mehr oder weniger gern machen. Wobei man hier aber bedenken muss, das die Leute tagtäglich hier sind. Sie haben kein Wochenende oder einen freien Tag unter der Woche. Sie sind permanent von morgens bis spät abends für die Gäste da. Die einzelnen Häuser müssen dringend renoviert werden und man sieht auch das man das erkannt hat, denn eines habe ich im Zustand des Umbaus gesehen. Sie sind einfach abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Reinigungspersonal versteht irgendwie nicht so richtig was Zimmer reinigen heißt, denn in den 18 Tagen die wir vor Ort waren, haben sie zwar jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und zweimal die Woche grob gefegt. Das wars aber. Gläser und Tassen werden einfach kurz unter den Wasserhahn gehalten und wieder frisch ins Regal gestellt. Das ist dann schon ein wenig eklig. In der Regel bleiben die Gäste hier maximal eine Woche haben wir festgestellt, da macht es nicht so viel aus das die Zimmerreinigung nicht so prickelnd ist und sich das Essen samt den abendlichen Sängern jede Woche aufs Haar genau gleicht. Zweiwöchentlicher Rhythmus wäre hier eventuell sinnvoller. Ansonsten kann man nicht sagen das das Hotel schlecht ist. Die Speisen waren hervorragend und appetitlich angerichtet. Die Kellner, insbesondere, Entschuldigung für die wahrscheinlich falsche Schreibweise, "Aikees" haben den ganzen Tag ein Lachen im Gesicht und tun alles damit es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Die Lage fanden wir auch prima, drumherum ist es relativ ruhig im Bezug auf Grand Baie Aktion, man muss also den Bus nehmen wenn man irgendwo hin möchte. Der fährt aber alle Nase lang und kostet gerade mal um die 30-50 Cent, kommt drauf an wo man genau hin will. Alles in allem hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Mauritius. Beim nächsten mal würde ich aber mehrere Hotels nehmen, im Norden reichen eigentlich 3-4 Tage, dann hat man hier oben alles gesehen was wichtig ist.

Nous n'avions pas de grande attente concernant cet établissement au vu des commentaires sur TripAdvisor. Toutefois nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. Nous étions dans l'aile moderne Océan Beach qui dispose de piscines privées pour cette aile ainsi que du mobilier plus récent. Certains choses étaient détériorées (usage normal) sans pour autant altérer notre séjour. Je recommande cet établissement pour sa proximité avec Grand Baie et ses activités mais également pour la qualité de l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel.

People are nice, food is good. The place would need some renovation here and there but the room you get is good, clean and functional. No issues at all and try their Balinese MASSAGES!!!

Everything was great except for the buffet supper. It was mediocre for the price we paid. Some of the dishes were already finished and not replenished when we got there. If dinner is not included in your package, don't bother.

First you walk into a beautiful reception area, you are welcomed with a drink and you hope everything will be this great from now on. But all the pros end there. You are walked to the room, and it’s the most pathetic place on earth. Feels like it was remade from some industrial space and in a very poor way. Two large windows with different curtains that don’t even match to each other or anything in the room. Super old and awkward furniture. But the most ridiculous is the bathroom set up????????‍♀️ there’s no wall between the bathroom and the room, and only one slide door that doesn’t have any functional meaning as it can’t even block the view let alone providing any sounds or smells isolation. The wardrobe for your clothes is inside the bathroom and the only window that can be opened to provide some fresh air to the room is also there but no mosquito net which means it lets tons of mosquitos and all kinds of insects to the room, and as soon as you close it all your clothes will start getting damp and smell accordingly.
But the cherry on top is that the place is infested with MICE that will enter your room every night through a huge gap under the front door, and once you discover it the staff will act like it’s nothing special coz it happens there all the time..
After seeing the mouse in the room I don’t even want to think what’s going on in their kitchen which is just two steps away from the garden.
We moved out the next day from this nightmare and never looked back. Don’t ruin your vacation by even considering this place. Stay away.

We stayed in three hotels in Mauritius, and I would say this one is definitely underrated. The food was the best all of the places! The room and service were very good. Great activities included- we took a ride on a speed boat with snorkeling. We also used their SPA and massage which was really good (and compared to other places in good price too)

alors c'est pas le luxe de ouf la chambre mais si on prend la partie qui donne sur la plage on a quand même une super vue tarifs très corrects c'est très bien placé c'est propre après il faut pas s'attendre à un service de ouf
le réveil au bord de la mer est juste magnifique

Très moyenne des améliorations apportées des petits détails manque de finition manque de réparation d'entretien du deck du deck de la piscine plein de petits amélioration à apporter

Lors de notre réservation, nous nous attendions à un hôtel banal. Étant donné le budget que nous avions prévu pour le logement, cela n'aurait pas été étonnant !
Mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris. La chambre avec vue sur la mer, la piscine à débordement, et cerise sur le gâteau la douche extérieure privatisée.
Le personnel au petit soin et un restaurant bien au-dessus de nos attentes. Seul bémol, l'ambiance au restaurant aurait pu être plus appréciable si elle était un peu plus habillée aux couleurs locales.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très agréablement surpris.

A FUIR ! ARNAQUE TOTALE. SI VOUS VOULEZ GÂCHER VOS VACANCES ALLEZ Y. On nous a proposé une chambre avec...un accès à une " terrasse " sans garde corps...
Je vous invite à regarder les photos ! ... en prime...détritus stockés près de la piscine.... et une piscine sale. Bravo à la direction de l'hôtel !

L'hôtel est bien placé, avec des arrêts de bus à proximité !
L'accueil fût très agréable avec un jus de fruits servi à notre arrivée ainsi que des serviettes rafraîchissantes.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable pour certains.

Für 3 Sterne ein sehr tolles Hotel mit guten Service und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Kann nur für die Beachzimmer sprechen und die sind Klasse! Privater Bereich mit eigenem Pool und direkten zugang zum kleinen Privatstrand sowie viele kostenfreie Aktivitäten. Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl und jeden Tag Livemusik.

The rooms here are really tired and outdated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our driver Deepack was amazing so if you need a driver or advice on what to see I highly recommend him.
We had a massage at the spa which was supposed to be 60 minutes but ended up being 30 minutes, I made a complaint and the resort staff were great to resolve it with a discount.
The buffet dinners weren't always great, and some of the restaurant staff weren't friendly. They ran out of tea even though mauritius is one of the tea capitals of the world.
The cleaning of our room was not done very well.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedzenie smaczne, ale pokoje to raczej dla mniej wymagających osób. Ale i tak spełniają wszystkie potrzeby. W końcu nie przyjeżdża się tu siedzieć w pokoju cały dzień. W nocy w pokoju są jaszczurki, które umilają sen ????. Lokalizacja mega przy samej plaży. I prawie co wieczór przy kolacji zapewnione atrakcje w postaci muzyki na żywo bądź występów tanecznych. ????

Joli hôtel, repas du midi un peu juste

Unglaublich schöne Hotelanlage. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Leider wird nur fast nichts geboten. Bar/Restaurant, ist nur zu Essenszeiten geöffnet. AB 10Uhr Abends ist alles geschlossen. Kaffee usw. am Nachmittag gibt es nicht und mit Getränken sieht es auch zwischendurch mager aus. Leider gibt es keinen Shop oder Boutique im Hotel. Und fußläufig leider nichts erreichbar. Aber das Essen ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Cet Appartement Hôtel est situé à Grand Baie, dans le Nord d'île Maurice. Du 26 au 30 juillet 2023.
Il est top et les chambres spacieuses et très propre.
De plus c'est au bord de la plage,
C'est à découvrir et je vous le recommande.
La formule petit déjeuner à volonté est à 12€! Un peu cher pour Maurice, mais copieux et très beau.
Je vous le recommande à 200%.

I have one request....please ask the music artists to create back ground music...... Not to have a loud show.... People would like to have conversation while eating..... That was the only negative in an overwhelming positive experience. You will see us again and will recommend our friends.
