From the company that developed the concept in Mauritius comes one of the island's most unusual activities: underwater walking, or a 3-meter-deep stroll in a diving helmet. Accessible to all, the activity is as much about fun (Instagram photos galore) as it is about discovering the seabed, especially as the fish, regularly fed, arrive by the dozens! The excursion lasts around 60 to 80 minutes, 30 of which are spent underwater after a gentle dip from an offshore platform.

I explain the principle of underwater walking because I had a little to accept beginning in it.
You go down in the water until with some to the shoulders and there is a large helmet from 45kg on the head. Added to the lead belt, needless to say you run, but at the same time it is not very deep, 3m max. It is in the lagoon so it does not have the silly dangerous. Helmet is always fed made of oxygen, the result water does not get there. You can go with contact lenses, glasses, wanting, it does not have no risk (unless you make gives it, but it is similar for all sports). The head remains 100% dry.
Stroll as a result under water, you can get very close multicoloured fish, gives you even bread to feed them and they come picking in your hand.
OK, a little attraction for tourists, but it is something that you will not have the opportunity to make every four mornings. No need to be able to swim. There is a diver permanently near the group, especially for assistance with increase.
