Welcome to this authentic crêperie, originally created by Bretons and recently taken over by a French couple whose aim is to perpetuate the traditional recipes of the famous buckwheat flour galettes and their sweet wheat cousins. The menu alone transports us directly to Brittany: La Rennaise (sausage, onions, mustard), La Malouine (salmon, leek fondue) and this Caramel au beurre salé, to be accompanied by a bowl of Kerné cider imported directly from the source.
