Sab is sand in Creole and also the diminutive of Sabrina, the owner of this restaurant with its eclectic and personalized decoration, a mixture of three influences: the sea (decorative motif of the fish), the kitchen (collection of kettles, pots...) and the Indian origins of the island (beautiful Indian table as a bar-counter). Once the tour of curiosities is over, you will taste a cuisine drawing its inspiration from various sources, notably Asian, Indian and Creole. Prices are more expensive than average, but it is the only restaurant in the area.

Excellent! Cuisine maison composée d’ingrédients frais et locaux. Service chaleureux et familial. Bref on a adoré ! On avait choisi curry végétarien et poulet au curry

We went to Resto di Sab for lunch today. After a very long wait of about 1.5 hours with otherwise few guests, we received the food. It tasted good, but unfortunately the surprise came when paying. The prices on the map were shown without VAT, so it was more expensive. When pointed out, the waitress said it must be posted somewhere, but she couldn't find it either.

La qualité des mets est exceptionnelle et justifie les tarifs haut de gamme. Le service est très sympathique. La décoration réalisée et créée par le patron est superbe et unique. La rue est parfois un peu bruyante, heureusement elle est peu fréquentée, et les rhums arrangés vous transportent rapidement sur un petit nuage.

Cuisine excellente, accueil très agréable, nous y sommes allés deux soir de suite, un peu cher mais le rougail de poulpe était fabuleux.
