We didn't experience any major issues during our stay. We did lose hot water across the whole hotel for half a morning but this was prioritised and quickly remedied by hard working staff. On the last day, I'm not sure if it was just a blip but the checking out process was quite arduous and in our opinion could be improved in future so that there aren't long waiting queues and lack of seats for people waiting to check out. This left a slight downer on our departure day as we were worried that we may miss our transfers to Mauritius airport.
Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful venue with very accommodating lovely staff in a beautiful country. My only recommendation would be to improve the checking out process for future guests.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et une boisson rafraîchissante, ce qui a tout de suite créé une atmosphère détendue. Ma chambre m'offrait un panorama à couper le souffle sur l'océan turquoise. Le personnel attentionné était toujours prêt à répondre à mes moindres besoins. Ce séjour a été une véritable bouffée d'air frais, un moment de pur bonheur où j'ai pu me ressourcer en toute sérénité.
