One of the brand's most luxurious 5-trident hotels, with 266 star-rated rooms and suites set in landscaped grounds in Albion

Set in a 21-hectare landscaped park, this 5-trident resort, renovated in 2023, is even more luxurious than before, on a site that doesn't even come close to that of the island's other Club Med. However, the Club's core values are brilliantly expressed here: 266 5* rooms and suites, a wide range of sports, XXL buffets, a 0-17 years club, entertainment if I want it, because in addition to a fun and active zone, the Club has a Zen space with a Cinq Mondes Spa, a calm swimming pool and a panoramic restaurant. Suite à l’accident de mon épouse du à une chute de pierre au lieu-dit les 7 cascades, prestation vendue par le village d’ALBION, le Club me répond que la sécurité est une priorité absolue avec des protocoles au top. Une grosse blague. Les premiers soins ont été faits par un pompier de la caserne de Lodève (près de Montpellier) qui était sur les lieux ce jour-là. La remontée du fond de la vallée à dos d’homme s’est faite dans des conditions non dignes du Club MED et que je qualifierai de précaires. Cerise sur le gâteau, le transport à l’hôpital à partir du village d’ALBION s’est faite en taxi que j’ai payé de ma poche (les protocoles du Club ne doivent pas connaitre les ambulances). Je passe sur le fait que le Club a été incapable de fournir un fauteuil roulant avec les fonctionnalités nécessaire, etc, etc … Que le Club m’explique que sa sécurité est aux petits oignons, je suis comme Coluche : je me marre.

Not a very good experience overall and bad customer service from the front desk. The buggy drivers and most of the staff are nice and doing their best. Food and entertainment are good. Rooms need some reno.

Travelled here with my family, we stayed in one the Villas. Staff were incredible and very accommodating to all of our wants and needs. Our butler Salendra was amazing and special thanks to our taxi driver Joe. The club med team were all very friendly and social, would not hesitate to go back.
Xavier and staff we thank you for your warm welcomes and lovely send off. Could not recommend club med Albion enough!!

J’ai passé des vacances exceptionnelles ! C’est ma toute première fois dans un club med, je ne savais pas vraiment à quoi m’attendre. J’ai été plus que séduite. Le cadre est magnifique, la nourriture est variée et les soirées sont au top. J’ai surtout été impressionnée par le personnel et surtout par Hadj (le GO tennis, qui est juste incroyable) Loic (le GO tire à l’arc, avec une bonne humeur géniale) et Ousmane (il s’occupe de l’accueil mais je n’ai jamais vu une personne aussi souriante et gentille que lui). J’ai pu, grâce à eux, passer des vacances incroyables. Je recommande !
