It's THE traditional French bakery and patisserie in Mauritius, also present in Grand Baie and Port Louis, which respects the artisanal baking tradition of natural leavening for baguettes and special breads (tourte de seigle, boule aux céréales bio...) just like at home! What's more, only extra-dry Normandy butter is used for the viennoiseries, which have the crispiness of the good stuff! In the pastry department, everything is delicious! There's also a savoury section and a choice of drinks to enjoy on the premises (tables) or to take away.
