Everything was very nice. We we overcharged though by Rs800. Posted the incident on the groups and found out that it happened to others as well. Check your slips before you leave.

Bon restaurant qui propose une carte bien plus variée que la majorité des restaurants Mauriciens. Les prix sont très abordables pour Tamarin. Les salades sont excellentes. Par contre, certains jours, le service est extrêmement lent. Il m'est arrivé d'attendre plus de 45 minutes avant d'être servi, alors que d'autres jours, il suffit de dix minutes.

Eine super Adresse für ein leichtes Mittagessen. es schmeckt alles gut. Wir waren zu viert dort. Der Service war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Viele einheimische gehen dort zum Mittagstisch.

Wir hatten heute sehr guten Kaffee und fantastische Pancakes (die mit Rum, Orangensaft und Vanilleeis sind einfach unschlagbar). Überhaupt ist das Essen echt überdurchschnittlich. Dazu eine sehr freundliche Bedienung - was will man mehr...
Die Atmosphäre leidet etwas unter der Nähe zur Straße, insgesamt ist es aber sehr zu empfehlen.

La cuisine y est excellente mais l'attente interminable...
Il n'y avait pourtant pas grand monde quand nous y sommes allé mais avons dû attendre longtemps avant d'avoir les menus, longtemps pour commander et pratiquement 1h avant d'être servi...
Si l'attente n'avait pas été si longue, j'aurais mis 5 étoiles.

Service can be slow at times, but it is never too bad as far as I have experience. The food is always tasty and will take care of your hunger issues promptly. Take away is available for leftovers or even full meals. I enjoy the atmosphere as it is set in an open space. Which does not make it a great candidate for eating out while it’s raining but given that most days here are sunny I don’t see that being an issue.

Whether it’s coffee or lunch with family, friends or work colleagues, Le Kiosk is a great venue when there’s good weather. It’s an outdoor venue with a well-manicured coral and paved area with a pretty hedge. The resident rooster is a
real treat and prances around proudly. I love the mix of different languages that can be heard - it’s a truly cosmopolitan venue.
The service and food is great.
A shout out to Sunil, our waiter yesterday, who gave us exceptional service.

Brunch on Sunday @ Le Kiosk in Black river We started off with the healthy juices —Green Attitide/ carrot DEtox and the kids had milkshakes -then we binged on the Assorted fritters —Were good and had French fries served in mini buckets while we waited for our salads cryidities and Omletee. And bread butter we paired with Panini Legumes -we were served by Ashlen who memorized our order by hearth and served us impeccably —the light rain added to rhe feel of the Brumch in open —Must try —Finallly the chocolate lava cake with ice cream was icing on the Brumch
