I have done a lot of activities abroad and can only say this was by far one of the most exciting and rewarding ones! Yanature honestly have the best tour guides- Marc provided historical background information and took us to little secret spots on the way up the Le Morne mountain. I have a fear of heights and Marc stayed with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time! I would 100% recommend booking through Yanature as the Hike is not for the weak!

On a fait appel à Yanature pour la randonnée des 7 cascades et on a été pleinement satisfait ! Réservation en ligne en quelques minutes, un retour extrêmement rapide de la compagnie avec la mise en place d’un transfert par taxi de notre hôtel au lieu de rdv (demande faite le soir pour le lendemain matin 8h). Sur place, nous avons été accompagnés par Fabrice durant toute la randonnée, qui a été parfait (sympathique, avenant, plein d’anecdotes sur le pays et sur ce que nous avons découvert durant la randonnée). Le tout pour un tarif compétitif !

Nous avions réservé une excursion au Morne avec Yanature. Arrivés sur place, la météo n'était pas avec nous. On nous a proposé de monter jusqu'au premier plateau mais le deuxième aurait été trop dangereux.
On nous a également proposé une annulation sur place et un remboursement de la totalité de l'excursion. (Ce que nous avons fait)
On a bien été remboursé comme convenu !
Le contact avec l'entreprise s'est très bien déroulé !

We did a hike on Le Morne Brabant with Marc as our guide. It was an awesome hike and Marc did a great job in supporting all group members according to their level of fitness and experience. The hike was quite a challenge due to the heavy rainfalls the day before and thus slippery rocks and partial climbing. Better and safer to do this hike with a professional guide.
YaNature is a good organisation, well organised and safety has priority. Tours can be booked by phone, mail or WhatsApp. They do not have an office where one can drop by (no office at the Google Maps address).

Super randonnée ! J’ai eu la chance d’avoir Fabrice comme guide ! Il fait attention à tout le groupe, donne beaucoup de conseils, et a plein d’anecdotes historiques et culturelles à raconter sur l’île et sur le parcours de la randonnée. Il est vraiment très sympathique, la randonnée était d’autant plus agréable ! Je reviendrai !
