Zen, warm, romantic - this is the trilogy without false notes of this timeless 5-star hotel, with its enveloping and immediate charm, with its magnificent coconut grove, its pools blended into nature, its restaurants open onto the water. Noble materials and natural tones dress 149 rooms and suites. Also spa, fitness, miniclub, etc. and all those little touches and experiences that make LUX* hotels special: a drink in the perched hut, a moment in Vik's hut, a session at the Junk Art Studio, etc. An eternal favourite!

Bardzo ładny hotel z szeroka plaża , bardzo czysto i pachnąco , jedzenie bardzo dobre wszędzie i restauracja przy plaży czy główna Mondo czy też restauracja Landry Dack było przepysznie. Obsługa wszędzie była na bardzo wysokim poziomie . W barze nasz ulubiony kelner Nitin zawsze służył pomocą w wyborze drinka i robił to perfekcyjnie , codziennie inna muzyka na żywo . Wspaniale spędzony czas. Chciałabym jeszcze tam wrócić

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit traumhaftem Strand und einer schönen Unterwasserwelt. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Für den Preis hat der Service aber an verschiedenen Stellen noch Potenzial nach oben.
Wir würden aber wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Je nach Auswahl des Zimmers gute bis sehr gute Lage, gut gepflegter und gut möblierter Privatstrand; Resto mit weniger abwechslungsreichen, aber gute, wenn auch nur selten sehr guten Angeboten; die Zimmerausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut; der Service an der Rezeption, im Resto und an der Bar wirkt auf den ersten Blick unheimlich freundlich, auf den zweiten Blick entpuppt er sich als oberflächlich, planlos und desorganisiert: zu viele Mitarbeiter laufen zu oft zu kopflos durcheinander und kriegen trotz freundlicher Bemühungen nur wenig auf die Reihe, was zuweilen schon ziemlich viel Geduld erfordert. Der Poolbereich ist wegen schreiender Kleinkinder und noch lauter kreischender Eltern nicht nutzbar.

Vielleicht würden „adult only-Bereiche“ im Resto und in den Zimmerbereichen überforderten Jungeltern genauso wie unbekinderten Gästen gleichermaßen helfen.

Overall a rather disappointing stay as service level was extremely low compared to what we experience at other 5-star hotels on the island before. That’s with LUX asking for same high-end prices of course. A few examples of no pro-activity by staff: traveling with a toddler you need help with the buggy when getting into restaurant and stairs. Despite many staff standing around never was any help offered without asking. Service in restaurant basically not existing: plates not cleared which led me to bring them back multiple times. Despite plenty of staff standing around clearly lacking any sort of training. Many small issues around the resort: water stations at the beach great idea but running out of cups at 10am and never re-filled. Same with the large white boxes supposed to contain towels. Never ever had any in there and needed to ask staff to get some for you - Motivation zero. Many requests simply missed (beach orders not appearing, drinks at restaurant or bars missed). Asked for simple cotton pads to be refilled in room for three times over two days before anything happened. Just not justifying the luxurious pricing. Two exceptions: Hans at the beach and especially Paola at the kids club providing top notch service, many thanks for that!
