The strength of this restaurant, well known in the area and open for a long time, lies in its unique location: directly on the waterfront (although on the wrong side of the road), facing the entire bay of Mahébourg. If you're looking for a pleasant location, you'll have to pay a little too much for this Mediterranean and Creole-inspired cuisine. The Chef's specialty: the mangrove crab of Vieux Grand Port. When the terrace offers the view, the room displays a feminine and flowery decoration, made of big bouquets of artificial flowers.

This restaurant never disappoints; I’ve been there multiple times for lunches and dinners - the food, service & the ambience were almost top notch. I would recommend the seafood gratin.

Excellent restaurant situé face à la mer. La cuisine est raffinée et les plats sont copieux et bien présentés. Je recommande les filets de daurade sauce créole ou au lait de coco. Nous y sommes allés la première fois par hasard mais nous y sommes retournés avec plaisir. Le serveur était très sympathique et attentif à nos besoins. A la fin du repas, on vous offre un petit rhum arrangé. Je recommande ce restaurant si vous êtes de passage à Mahébourg.
