Former property of the administrator of Beauvallon, this charming table d'hôte is housed in an old wooden house. With its tin roof and its varangues, the house, built in the middle of the 19th century, is part of the architectural heritage of Mauritius. On the menu, Indian and Creole dishes including signature dishes such as fresh palm salad or the 7 Caris du Jardin de Beau Vallon - a traditional vegetarian meal served during Indian ceremonies. Also on the menu, the catch of the day, guaranteeing fresh fish directly from the lagoon.

Super cadre pour se reposer avec un accueil très attentionné. L'aéroport est très proche en voiture, c'est idéal pour préparer ses excursions dans l'est de l'île. Les chambres sont plutôt simples mais fonctionnelles. La climatisation est très appréciable et l'anti moustique fourni permet de bien se protéger contre les insectes. Le dîner était vraiment parfait avec des bonnes portions. Pour résumer : accueil, dîner impeccable. Le tarif des chambres, des repas très abordables. Chambres un peu rustique mais une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien pour bien dormir. Je recommande pour ceux qui souhaitent bien se reposer avant de continuer leur visite.

Nous avons réservé une nuit avant de partir. Très jolie maison d hote. Et le repas du soir était vraiment super bon. Nous avons subit un déluge la nuit et avons donc été soumis au bruit de la pluie sur le toit néanmoins je recommande cette prestation.

Accueil, cadre et cuisine , tout était excellent.
Nous avons goûté les 7 caris et c'était tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés une deuxième fois!
