It's like a wave of a magic wand. You pull up in front of a house on the outskirts of Mahébourg and, as soon as you cross the threshold, you're immersed in the warm, friendly atmosphere of a house like in days gone by, with its flower-filled garden, its small swimming pool and its Creole charm. Stéphanie, her mom Brigitte and her husband Filo welcome travellers as friends, for an aperitif and a typical shared meal, punctuated by the family's tasty anecdotes and no less delicious home-cooked dishes prepared daily with fresh produce. Not to be missed!

Incredible dining experience with Stephanie and her lovely mum ???? first of all the place (their home) is lovely with beautiful outdoor seating for the aperitif and cosy dining area for the dinner. The food is just incredibly delicious and filling as its all you can eat. It was so delicious that my husband went back for it three times lol. Stephanie and her mum are great hosts, you feel like you’re at your friends’ house. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting or local in Mauritius! They also gave us some great suggestions that we tried, and they were all amazing. Must do experience, that we’ll never forget.

Accueil chaleureux des hôtesses (Stéphanie et sa maman). Elles savent recevoir les gens, elles ont le sourire et nous mettent à l'aise. Nous avons pu découvrir les spécialités mauriciennes et nous avons eu un beau moment de partage. Le cadre est très sympathique. Elles s'adaptent à leur clientèle.
Je recommande vivement.
