We had a bad experience at Preskil Hotel in Mauritius. We booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The lady who showed us the room left us waiting for 15mins outside while she took another customer in their room.
The manager on duty was unexperienced, unhelpful, and lacked customer service.
We were not satisfied with our room. He didn't want to help and walked away.
Obviously he needs more training on how to deal with customer service.
The reception was telling us they're willing to provide us with another room for our bad experience at Preskil Hotel.
We were shocked at how the duty manager behaved.
We were passed on to call his boss, but unfortunately, he was on the duty manager side.
We sent a complaint, and the outcome we received we were extremely disappointed by the response.
We will never book again to this low class hotel, and we told our friends and family
Our wedding anniversary was spoilt by Preskil Hotel.
My husband, who's not Mauritian as a French tourist he was very unhappy with the whole managers team.
We don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Nous sommes venus en famille pour 4 jours et comment vous dire notre déception depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ!
Nous étions en all inclusive et nous étions obligés de sortir pour manger car le buffet était tous les jours la même chose! Pas trop de choix. Même les enfants en avaient marre de manger pizza, pâtes, etc... les desserts sont minimalistes... bref, on a connu bien meilleurs dans d'autres hôtels du même standing et en all inclusive.
Côté animation, déception totale!
Aucun groupe mis à part une soirée DJ.
Je n'ai pas trouvé le personnel accueillant hormis quelques un au service et à l'animation et Linda à la réception.
Le personnel au service du buffet sont dépassés, débordés et on voit clairement qu'il manque du personnel.
Ce que nous avons retenus de positif cest la chambre et le cadre sont magnifiques!
Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à ma famille et amis.
