One Star is still to much ! Absolutely unprofessional and incablable company. For every imformation I had to write email or whatsapp or call several times. Promised feedbacks never happend. Bookings are made and cancelled as they want. I had a booking and paid 1300 Euro. 1 hour after they had my money the flight was cancelled because they did not know how the Helipad was working. Incredible that they have no idea about such an important matter ! It needs about 10 days and some threats from my side, that I will contact the embassy of Mauritius in Germany and the Gouverment in Mauritius till i got a message regarding the refund of my money. After my threats is goes very fast. Before i got no replays to this. The money is back on my credit card now. I recorded my complete conversation to prove my writing here. I rent Helicopters since 25 year on every continent, but this is the worst experience I ever made.

Haben vor 6 Wochen in Deutschland einen Helicopterflug für den 19.09.2024 gebucht und bezahlt. Dieser wurde einen Tag vorher abgesagt. Wir mussten, um einen neuen Termin zu erhalten 6 mal bei diesem Unternehmen anrufen. Einen versprochenen Rückruf gab es leider nicht. Schließlich bekamen wir einen neuen Termin, aber 17 Uhr. Zu dieser Zeit wird es aber bereits dunkel. Wir fühlen uns verarscht und betrogen. Wir baten um einen neuen Termin. Warten und warten wieder einmal vergebens.

I can wholeheartedly recommend MHL. We booked the trip from Germany and always received quick responses to our emails. The execution on-site was absolutely professional. We communicated locally via WhatsApp or WhatsApp Call. Everything was perfect, from the brand new helicopter to the very nice and professional pilot. I can only recommend tours with MHL. Thank you for this wonderful day.

Per EMail angefragt und wenige Stunden später ein Angebot bekommen. Wurden am Eingang des Flughafens abgeholt, durch die Sicherheitskontrolle und das Rollfeld zum Hubschrauberlandeplatz gebracht. Pilot war super nett und sprach perfekt Englisch.
Flug dauerte 45min und das war die perfekte Länge. Alles 100% perfekt und jederzeit wieder. Absolut zu empfehlen.

I read on FB this company had recent hydraulic failure and hard landed into a golf course, tourists visible shaken and still waiting for answers, see the video and decide for yourself. ????

We are waiting for the pick-up by Air Mauritius for a helicopter tour that we already paid for, but just now the hotel informed us that it was cancelled a half hour ago. However we ourselves have not heard anything from Air Mauritius. No message, no apology, no alternative, nothing. Very disappointing.

Escrots !
Réservation payée, annulée et non remboursée !!! Nous avons réservé un vol le 10 juillet 2023 , celui-ci a été annulé au dernier moment pour mauvaise conditions météorologiques.
Nos mails de relance pour remboursement restent sans réponses depuis…
Il s’agit quand même de 650€
Nous retournons sur l’ile maurice l’an prochain … il me tarde d’aller les voir.

we had a great experience. we were met by a nice guide who took us through the back ways of the airport and eventually to the 2nd hanger where our helicopter came. the helicopter was a bit smaller than expected, but very stable and the pilot did a great job, making several passes and turns around the under-waterfall. the overall ride was a bit longer than the 45mins, and compared to prices of other vendors it was a great deal. very professional. they even swapped our flight day since they felt weather wouldn't be that great for viewing (even though safe to fly), so that was great. we set everything up via email; responses were sometimes a bit slow, but always by the next day. the only downside is that they don't tell you your flight time until the night before so it makes it a bit difficult to schedule other activities around it. the service otherwise was great. overall highly recommend.
