OUR LADY OF THE ANGELS CHURCH
Church allowing to enjoy the view on the city and the lagoon from the bell tower
This straw-yellow church was originally built in 1849 and has been restored and partially transformed several times. At the entrance, the statue of the revered missionary Father Laval attracts people who come every day to make offerings. Otherwise, the interior is quite simple, except for a pretty wooden vault decorated with angels. It is the view of the city and the lagoon from the bell tower that is worth the detour, but the beadle must be there to authorize the climb.
