There's a definite dose of alchemy at this fine table, one of the best on the island, which pays tribute to Mauritian produce while sublimating it: organic fruit and vegetables, game (unforgettable braised pork with truffle sauce), venison charcuterie, etc., not to mention cocktails and desserts based on the house rums. The cosy dining room opens onto a courtyard with tables under gazebos. To top it all off (a miracle?), the prices are very reasonable, given the generosity and quality of the dishes. A fine wine list too.

All is beautiful, all is good, the prices are more than correct, enjoyed with local rum, game, fruits and vegetables... It is a beautiful place, which changes hotels and is worth the detour!
