OUTRIGGER MAURITIUS BEACH RESORT

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in Outrigger. Het is een mooi resort, heel uitgestrekt waardoor het overal rustig was. We merkten de laatste dagen wel, bij het restaurant en op het strand, dat het wat drukker werd.
Kamers zijn groot met een groot rond ligbad, aparte inloopdouche en apart toilet.
Het buffetrestaurant ziet er leuk uit, met op verschillende plekken verschillende buffetten. Klein minpuntje dat het eten niet zo warm was, maar het is wel heel goed van smaak.
We hebben ook in restaurant The Edge gegeten en het was daar echt heerlijk.
Er is een app van het hotel waar je veel kunt regelen.
Personeel heel vriendelijk. Inchecken gaat heel persoonlijk; je krijgt uitleg en iemand loopt mee naar de kamer en geeft onderweg ook nog uitleg en ook op de kamer.
Ik wil met name Rupashree bedanken voor de fijne uitleg en voor het presentje wat ze gegeven heeft na ons huwelijk.
Ook Jenita wil ik bedanken voor het perfect organiseren van ons huwelijk en voor het geduld dat ze had vóór ons huwelijk.

Séjour excellent même si l'hôtel est vieillissant. Cadre magnifique et merci a l'ensemble du personnel

When we got a chance to have a vacation our first stop was at this hotel. And the accommodation was 100% amazing. Amazing people from the gardener to other employees. They are always smiling and kind. If given a chance i will love to stay here again.

Ohh what a beauty. One of the best honeymoon stays in Mauritius.

The only problem is that it’s in little outskirts which makes the excursions little costly because most of the scenic places or activities are 1.30 hrs far from the property.

But the property has a great vibe. Very beautiful rooms. If you are Indian then food is ok ok because most of the food doesn’t have spices or have salt in it. But you can tell the chef your preferences. But you will love the place

Beautiful resort with stunning views. The service is very friendly and quick. Fresh water bottles are delivered multiple times per day to your room and the rooms made with cute towel art and flowers. The check in and out was warm and friendly. The food options are good if you are able to access the various restaurants at the resort. We had club access at the Plantation but it is too quiet there and the afternoon tea was not what I expected and that was a bit disappointing. Many of the desserts served I felt had too much gelatin in it so that can be improved upon. The Le Bleu beach bar is great for pool side and on the beach drinks and lunch. There is some need for upgrade, there are a few areas needing maintenance, like the Navasana spa pool and water features, as well as the jets in the main pool. But overall its a beautiful resort and I would go again.
