Was a fantastic stay with amazing people and food.
A special mentioned needs to be made regarding Oliver one of the waiters at the Hotel, a very enthusiastic friendly gent who certainly improved our overall experience with his great personality and service.

After having spent 9-nights at Heritage Awali, I can honestly recommend this resort to everyone. The location, the facilities/amenities, the golf course, the food and drinks are all outstanding.
We made a few requests for items to be attended to, and they were addressed promptly without hesitation.

Store men lettere slidte værelser. Der er skiftet ledelse og det har genereret større udskiftning af personalet og servicen har ikke været helt så god som den plejer.
I september er kun 3 restauranter delvist åbne og det betyder, at man oftere er tvunget til at spise i buffet restauranten. Menu-kortet er begrænset for all-inclusive gæster på ala carte restauranterne.
Golfbanerne er virkelig gode, men meget besøgte i morgentimerne fra 8:00-10:00 med meget ventetid.

Don’t go with kids. The services are really bad at lunch( only a la carte restaurants and they have few things for kids).
Also, the staff from the restaurants are UNFRIENDLY and NOT POLITE.
For the price that we paid there, I will never come back for sure !!!
Overall the resort is overpriced. Starting from the barman and lasting with the staff who serve you drinks at pool/table, they are waiting for tips, otherwise you don’t exist. We wait and 30/40 minutes for some drinks at the pool. Pathetic.
I had other expectations and I regret all the money that i’ve paid there.

The Hotel is 5 Star , the Staff are 6 Star!
The Hotel Staff could not do enough to make you have a 5 Star Holiday.
All the Staff were polite and nothing was any trouble, from when you arrive at Reception all the way through your holiday from around the Pool Areas in All the Restaurants and Bar Areas.
A Special Thank you to the House Maid who cleaned our Room and the Ladies in the Spar.

The relaxed, friendly feel was exactly what we wanted. A lovely location by the beach with several different places to choose from to dine. Staff all very welcoming and eager to make your stay as good as possible.
The buffet restaurant feel was great ( not a canteen feel to it at all) and the food was of exceptional quality, and variety. Service awareness was a little lacking at times.
The a la carte restaurant food and service didn’t quite live up to our expectations. They are all very good but not the standard we hoped for. We enjoyed eating in different locations off a la carte menus, but although the staff are friendly and welcoming, there is more to be achieved through awareness training.
With the standard of food at the buffet restaurant, we would expect more from the a la carte.
Yes, we would recommend and we would also be happy to return.

What an vacation!! The photos does all the talking!
One thing is they def need more waiters around the pool. But everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is sooo much food ???? you eat allot ???? but its okay it was nice. The pools are not ice cold so it was lovely to swim in.

Täydellä ylöspidolla ei golfareille lounasta tarjolla eikä muustakaan tarjoilusta kerrottu. Golfklubilla palvelu niin hidasta, ettei meinannut tiiausajalle ehtiä. Monimutkainen ravintolatarjonta ja henkilökunta kiireinen. Lintuparvet nyppivät pöydissä kaikkea minkä ehtivät.

Hotel magnifique dans un lieu sublime. Nous avons séjourné à l'Heritage Awali en famille et nous avons été comblé tant par le lieu en lui-même que par la gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel. Les équipes du Timomo sont également au top! Merci pour ces bons moments.

Très déçue de cet hôtel !
Au début de notre séjour Nous étions au Nord au BEACHCOMBER canonnier
qui est un 4 étoiles et il était clairement BEAUCOUP mieux !
Ici une étoile de plus ça ne les vaut pas du tout ! Le buffet c’est toujours la même chose ! Le matin le midi et soir !
et encore certain midi il n’y a même pas de buffet ! A 16h il y a un point crêpe , à 16h30 le plat où il y a le chocolat fondu est vide on me répond que c’est terminé je rêve , on paye quand même du ALL INCLUSIVE et je n’aime que le chocolat … donc je n’ai pas mangé de crêpe !
Il y a que le cadre qui est bien et la vue.
Les chambres sont vraiment limites !
Serviette décousue, frigo sale ,c’est très bruyant ! Tapis de bain pas changé, le balai n’est même pas passé tous les jours On entend toutes les portes voisines .
Les activités qu’ils proposent sont heure par heure et son pauvres ! C’est très limité , bref vraiment très déçue de cet hôtel pour le prix ça ne les vaut pas du tout .
Par contre Les animateurs et le personnel sont très sympathiques ,
Je mets par contre un 5 étoiles pour le club enfant qu’ils acceptent à partir de 3 mois ! Ça c’est super et le personnel du Kidz club est top ! A part ça je ne recommande pas du tout !

Spent a day package at Heritage Awali. All i can say is it was a waste of money. Very Poor service.
1. Waited for 30 minutes to get a glass of coke.
2. There was very little variety of dishes for the buffet ouvert.
3. Got only 2 crepes for tea break.
4. The milkshake was awful. It was only blended milk and sugar.
Overall it was a very bad experience. Do not recommend.

Kids club is absolutely a highlight of this hotel. As a parent, you will certainly be greatful for the amazing work that all the ladies do to let you get some rest and enjoy vacation without your child.
The hotel lobby and restaurants are wonderful.
Not the entire hotel staff speak English well, some front desk receptionists struggle with basic communication!
In our case, there was often miscommunication about different things, e.g. we booked an excursion at the reception but nobody told us that they wouldn't charge the costs to our room but we need to pay the driver in cash.. While checking out, we got a bill for things that we were supposed to pay extra and this was ok but they automatically added an equivalent of about EUR 35 for some sustainability fund. The receptionist then said she could remove it or amend but should't they ask first if we want to contribute at all?
They offer different activities. Zumba class was great!
Aqua aerobic is offered every day, but one day nobody came.. We were waiting in the pool. When I asked later on what happened, the receptionist told me that the instructor got stuck in the traffic jam and came 30 minutes late.. I cannot understand nobody came to us to inform that the class would be delayed or cancelled.
All in all, based on my experience from other 5 star hotels in the entire world, this one is certainly not a 5 star place. Somewhere between 4 and 4.5.

Beautiful location right on the beach and we couldn’t fault anything.
