Magnifique hôtel ou la perfection est présente à tous les niveaux (chambre, emplacement, propreté, le spa , la nourriture dans les différents restaurants, gentillesse et disponibilité de tout le personnel mais aussi de tout le management, respect et calme partout, idéal pour se reposer et profiter d'un magnifique cadre. Najbolji hotel u kojem smo odsjeli. Vec kod ulaska osvojio nas je predivan pogled na ocean. Soba je bila vrlo velika i cista. Resort nudi mnoge restorane. Mi smo jeli u AnnaBella's i Gin Ja i ostali odusavljeni jelima jer svaku vecer imaju drugu temu. Resort je velik te pruza mnoge aktivnosti, ali i prelijepi odmor uz bazen i ocean. Najvise od svega nam se svidjelo osoblje koje je preljubazno i na svako nase pitanje odgovorili su osmjehom. Svakako cemo se vratiti opet.

A very nice resort in Mauritius, the location and swimming pool as well as the activity areas.
We have tried the wellness spa (couple massage), we considered it as average in means of price and quality of massage (pressure) in comparison with same treatment and services available in gulf countries.
The worst part in this resort is the presence of lot of cats in the restaurants especially for those who are zoo phobic. The staff are mostly not friendly at all except Mr. Josh who kept in asking us during our stay to ensure that everything is fine and he treated us in a best way ????????????

Un séjour incroyable chez Héritage Resort le Telfair, la chambre était magnifique face à la mer, un cadre paradisiaque. Le personnel était adorable un grand grand merci à Pamela, Tushita, Priscilla, Isabelle, Léo pour votre gentillesse votre accueil et votre bienveillance envers nous! Au plaisir de se revoir un jour je l’espère!
Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel surtout pour le personnel qui m’a énormément touché un accueil incroyable !!

Magnifique séjour dans cet Hôtel
L’accueil et l’ensemble du personnel est chaleureux accueillant et incroyablement gentils. Ils sont à disposition pour toute demande et assistance.
L’hôtel est très bien placé face a la mer avec 2 piscines et SPA nous avons pu profiter d’un massage jet lag à notre arrivée.
Le cadre est incroyable, l’hôtel est propre.
Le petit dej est délicieux.
Notre majordome Priscilla nous à bien assisté durant tout notre séjour et nous a donné toutes les infos dont nous avions besoin.
L’équipe est très réactive quand nous avons un soucis.
Nous remercions Pamela Tushita et Léo qui ont fait preuve de gentillesse et de serviabilité nous les remercions également.
L’hôtel a déposé un gâteau dans notre chambre pour mon anniversaire.

Extremely beautiful property. Lots to explore. Dining at the restaurant was an experience in itself. Lots of activities to enjoy at the restaurant itself both paid and unpaid.Loved it.

Et smukt hotel, med flotte rummelige værelser, flotte omgivelser og strand, med masser af aktiviteter og mange gode restauranter. Servicen var på et højt niveau.

Parfaite experience et service au petits soins! L'hotel est décoré avec très bon goût, et le cadre est magnifique. Sharmine nous a gâtés du début à la fin avec des petites attentions pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. Cela restera un séjour inoubliable. Le restaurant Annabellas a aussi était très bon et très professionnel. Merci encore

Hotel itself was nice apart from the pathways, there were large puddles everywhere I ruined a pair of Birkenstock shoes, at one point near the C beach club I had to remove my shoes and wade through ankle deep muddy water not my idea of 5 star,
Housekeeping service brilliant but restaurant service at times very disjointed sometimes felt like we were an inconvenience again not my idea of 5 star.
Host service again hit and miss, we stated no buffet service and on 2 occasions we were booked into buffet restaurants

Wir hatten ein Haus mit vier Zimmern. Elektrogeräte funktionierten teilweise nicht der Sonnenschirm war so angerostet das er fast abgebrochen wäre. Ansonsten 5-Sterne Das schlechteste war die Situation mit den Reservierung für das Abendessen alles immer ausgebucht auch für 2 Personen. Dann haben wir 4 Tage im voraus gebucht und sie haben die Reservierung für den falschen Tag eingetragen.

Der Aufenthalt im Heritage Le Telfair war ein voller Erfolg. Die Mitarbeiter sind erwähnenswert herzlich und vor allem Ashni und Lionel werden mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Sie zwei haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel hôtel à condition d’avoir une chambre beach front ou vue mer.
Les dîners et pdj servis au restaurant principal sont vraiment succulents. Nous n’avons en revanche pas compris pourquoi notre hôtesse nous a réservé un dîner au Savana à l’hôtel Awali. C’était franchement décevant !

We have just enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks in Le Telfair and our third visit.
The resort, communal areas and the golf course are immaculate, however I feel the rooms even though beautifully decorated are becoming a little tired.
The food in the restaurants was fantastic, albeit Le Château have some very unusual dishes, which I don’t think I would eat again. I.e Gogonzola mousse and Chocolate fondant with onions! One thing I did notice was staff arguing in front of clients on a couple of occasions.
Majority of the staff are absolutely amazing, who make our holiday and I would like to give a big shout out to Yuvan, Priscilla, Moogam, Jennifer and Ammar. ⭐️

Vrai coup de coeur pour cet incroyable hôtel !! Séjour en famille au top, les restaurants sont délicieux, le service est parfait, la plage est pour moi l'une des plus belle du sud de Maurice. Vacances très réussies !

L'endroit est idyllique, l'architecture de l'hôtel magnifique et le service de très bonne qualité.
Seul bémol: l'insonorisation des chambres peut être améliorée.
Points positifs: La qualité de service et la gentillesse d'Anna, notre Room manager ainsi que les conseils, la connaissance et le service de Laurent au niveau de la sommellerie.

The staff couldn't do enough for you. Our room was clean and the food was excellent.

Very beautiful resort with great rooms and facilities.Resort itself deserves 5 stars.
Unfortunately what let this resort down is a human factor.
Staff is not trained to deal with customers in professional manner, majority of staff is unfriendly and never greet you with a smile, unless general manager is around, then you can expect someone who just ignored you or being rude to you two minutes ago, to appear out of nowhere asking you if everything is okay and try to crack jokes only because manager is watching them.
This happened on a daily bases during our stay.Once manager is out of sight they carry on with the same unprofessional behaviour.
Other thing is underlying racism.
Non white guests are treated differently and that is very obvious.From checking in and out,greetings to delivering orders, to overall communication with the staff.
On our last night we order a drink from waiter who just rushed without looking at us, the drink never arrived, but the same waiter accompanied with his colleague were both serving older English couple with a huge smile on their face while we were still waiting for our drink.This is just one of many examples we experienced during our stay.
Only five people were friendly and professional in Heritage, and they are: waiter Naresh who provided excellent service whenever we dealt with him , lady at the juice bar at Anabells restaurant unfortunately I can’t remember her name except that it starts with S, she always had a smile on her face and had a nice chat with us and finally friendly driver Antoan who we had a pleasure to have a ride with to the Le Château.
And two room maids, unfortunately we don’t know their names.
How many people is that? five, yes, you read that right, and with how many we had to deal or just pass by during our stay, well surely more than 50.
Imagine going on holiday and stay in reputable five stars resort where staff doesn’t want to greet you or give you a courteous smile?!
Then I have to add managers…They are not looking at you, but through you, and as I already said, you can’t ignore the obvious discrimination going on within the team.
When we arrived, like everyone else, we got assigned so called butler, who is sales representative really.
Be ready from butler to follow you daily in the resort trying to sell you something and falsely lead you that you need them to book a restaurant- in reality, you can make a booking by calling a reception.
Naively( when we just arrived) we asked our “butler” Sharmine to book as a table at the CBC restaurant, she never confirmed it via message but face to face when we bumped into her.Anyway, we went to the restaurant, which was practically empty by the way, and a lady at the door couldn’t find our booking decided that she actually doesn’t want to let us in until someone else stepped in and find us a table?!
So basically “butler”didn’t book us a table and then her colleague didn’t want to give us a table despite us explaining who booked us in and suggesting to call her, and avoiding to give us a table ( we payed for as a half board) in empty restaurant?!
I also need to add, be careful with your luggage on the departure date.
Staff at the reception will tell you that your luggage will be securely stored in the storage room, but in reality it will be left outside alongside other suitcases in the rain.
Someone should tell the chief at Annabel’s to stop harassing female guests during the breakfast,who told him that patronising “food jokes” and asking for your room number is something appropriate to do?!
Le Heritage Le Telfair should work really hard to make this beautiful resort be welcomed place for people of all nationalities and races.Everyone is paying guest and human being so everyone deserves equal treatment.
This should start with the management, when we left the hotel a lady manager France Reine spoke only to light skin( or should I say white) guests, asking how was their stay, inviting them back etc while she clearly ignored absolutely everyone else including us.

Cet été nous avons eu le bonheur avec mon conjoint et notre fille de passer plus d’une semaine au Telfair! C’était absolument merveilleux et l’accueil pour les enfants est parfait. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe.

A great resort. A lot of activities for all age groups especially if you are into golf. There are a lot of eating options. There are a lot of restaurants with various cousins and options. Overall, it was outstanding stay for us.

Fantastic resort in outstanding location for kiting - from bed to board.
We visited with our kids who loved playing at the kiddy pool whilst mum and dad could go kiting on a wonderful spot.
Kite Spot:
The first 200 meters are a bit gusty during easterly winds afterwards one has plenty of space and waves in case one wishes. Safety available.
Rooms:
Wonderful rooms, spacious and well cared for.
Restaurants:
8-10 (or more) restaurants to choose from. All of them with delicious food and lovely service.
Private concierge:
We had Ashnii as our private concierge looking after us wonderfully. She booked restaurants (included in half board) organized trips etc.
Waterspout Centre:
Lovely team with good teachers and latest equipment. Very helpful!
We stayed there end of September for 2 weeks and had two weeks of wind.

The best resort! We spend several days there with the kid and small baby. We were surprised to find a baby cot, baby high chair, baby bathtub and even bottle sterilizer + bottle warmer in our room. Best attitude towards small babies.
The territory looks absolutely beautiful. It was such a pleasure to walk around. There are several pools and restaurants. I highly recommend to include breakfasts as the food is fresh and delicious with lots of options.
There is also an opportunity to have a kayaking/ catamaran/ sup ride along the river.
I will dream to come back to this amazing place one day ❤️

Excellent séjour au Heritage Telfair.
La plage est magnifique, sans algues, le récif est a 30 mètres permettant de faire du magnifique snorkeling facilement. Les activités nautiques sont pour la plupart comprises et illimitées (pedalos, voile, paddle, kayak, bateau a fond de verre, snorkeling).
Les chambres sont bien entretenues, spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire. Le service est fait 2 fois par jour. Tout le nécessaire bébé est présent en chambre (dont lit en bois avec vrai matelas, stérilisateur, cape de bain), il manque cependant l'essentiel : un matelas à langer
Les restaurants dans la demi pension son très bons, avec entrée-plat-dessert. Dans l'ordre de préférence pour le diner : Ogrill > Annabellas > palmier > Cbeach. Le petit-dejeuner est royal, les viennoiseries bien meilleures que bien des boulangeries.
On peut librement profiter des installations du Awali voisin.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, et très kids-friendly.
Enfin le meilleur : le TIMOMO et baby TIMOMO. Notre fille qui pourtant n'aime pas les mini club d'un célèbre concurrent était ravie. Les "nounous" sont géniales, rassurantes. Les installations sont au top, les activités précisées en amont (pique nique, sorties bateau, plage, piscine, cuisine, danse). Vraiment on peut confier nos enfants les yeux fermés.
Quelques petits points d'amélioration tout de même :
- les gestions du linge de chambre laisse : trop de grandes serviettes un jour puis plus, pas de tapis de bain
- planning des activités : il serait bon que le concierge nous envoie au début du séjour ou alors la veille pour le lendemain le programme des activités (danse, musique, horaires des sorties bateaux, brunch du dimanche au Cbeach), ces infos étant a trouver par nous même
- mettre un matelas à langer en chambre
- prix du transfert trop élevé, n'hésitez pas à passer pas un prestataire extérieur

Excellent hôtel avec des prestations de qualité. Je ne regrette absolument pas d’avoir organisé mon mariage dans ce lieu magique. Grand merci à Cosette et Mathilde qui ont assuré la gestion de l’événement avec leurs sourires et leur gentillesse. Elles ont été incroyables! De plus Melvin et Hannah ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Merci Ravin du spa pour tes massages de qualité !! Un gros merci à Visham du C Beach club qui est exceptionnellement adorable.

C'est ce qui devrait être associé à cet hôtel qui n'a pas la valorisation qu'il mérite sur internet.
On ne peut rêver d'un hôtel aussi beau, tant dans son architecture que dans le cadre où il s'implante. Tout y est harmonieux dans le moindre détails et il fait honneur à la créolité dans son ensemble.
A cela s'ajoute une équipe de professionnels aux petits soins, discrète, réactive, soucieuse de votre bien être et j'en passe...
Bien que situé dans le Sud de l'île, si le but de vos vacances et de vous détendre à l'hôtel, l'Héritage Le Telfair vous comblera par ses nombreuses activités à disposition.
Enfin, un point non négligable lorsqu'on part en vacances selon moi : la nourriture. Je ne crois pas avoir vu plus beau, grand et diversifié comme petit déjeuner que chez eux, sans compter les multiples restaurants qui vous proposent une cuisine raffinée aussi bien internationale que locale. Il y a également le château de Bel Ombre juste à côté qui, pour votre dernière soirée par exemple, vous offrira l'ultime note de romantisme et de plaisir gustatif avant de rentrer à la maison.
Il y aurait tellement de choses à dire que ce commentaire n'en finirai plus, aussi je salue la dame qui semble merveilleusement bien s'occuper de la crèche, les cocktails à tomber par terre, les lieux de détente du C'beach Club, les infrastructures en excellent état, le centre de bien être hors norme, les animations/concerts fabuleux du soir etc, etc...
En d'autres termes, cet hôtel nous a véritablement conquis et je ne peux que vous souhaiter d'y séjourner.
