LE BATELAGE

My family went there for a lunch! There was a young female waitress and she was ABSOLUTELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been going to the Batelage since I was 5 years old and hearing about my family's experience is just shocking. My sister knew that the Batelage offered other items other than what was on the menu and a male waiter confirmed with her that other options were available. 2 minutes later, the young female waitress comes and states the contrary. She was serving other tables faster and checking on them while my family's table remain unattended. They only asked for a chilli sauce and it never came. Additionally, this restaurant is known for its location. If some of my family members were out to enjoy the beautiful view, there is NO EXCUSE for the waitress to say "to kapav apel sa 2 la pou mo kapav pren menu la enfois?" (Can you call those 2 so i can get done with the menu quickly). What kind of unprofessional staff you have? I personally recommended this place to my friends and other people in the country and I recently let them know about the current situation. If i am ever back in the country, I will never visit this restaurant! I will prefer to go to a restaurant where there is GOOD SERVICE and GOOD TREATMENT. Absolutely ridiculous! If you continue to keep such insecure and unprofessional staff, be ready to lose loyal customers.

This has day to remember and do not forget to 130 feature Managers who was in my wedding @ lighterage. The place is mind blowing, warm welcoming from the staff. IMPRESSIVE The quality of the food was. The Top Man m. memorable Rajcoomar is really someone who helps and guides me to make our daily and most beautiful. Thanks to for all we managers who really make LIGHTERAGE has real pearl with a very standard eco-friendly.
