Impossible to miss this small restaurant which displays its meadow-green colour on the side of the road and plants a few tables on the terrace and inside. Giovani runs the house with great seriousness and offers a varied menu of classic local dishes, in Mauritian or Asian versions: fritters, crab soup, octopus salad with creole, chicken curry with shrimps, grilled fish fillet, entrecote, pasta, flambé pineapple... Regular quality and very friendly welcome.

Also, owners tend to try and hawk boat trips and excursions to tourists. Again, do your homework. Tourists are seen as $$$ pits so negotiate!
Good here was food, cannot complain. It was freshly cooked and lovely.
Lo recomiendo al 100%.
I can honestly say it was worth the walk!! The food was delicious and the service friendly and welcoming. We forgot to take photos of the food we were so keen to eat it!!
We tried the tempura prawns and samosas to start - the prawns were so succulent and sweet. We followed this with octopus curry and squid chow mein which were both delicious.
As an added bonus they have a huge range of belgian beers - I tried the Grisette Blonde which was a change from the local Phoenix.
