Die Verbindung zur Insel (Ile aux Cerfs) war sehr gut.

Während wir dort waren hatte das Personal eines anderen Hotels 2 Tage lang Teamanlass und deswegen war es früh morgens schon sehr laut. Auch das Personal war zum Teil im Garten laut.

Mitte September ziemlich windig und nicht so war (20-22 Grad).

Das Buffet war ok und hatta immer gut Platz.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis épicurien attirés par la publicité du dîner aux saveurs indiennes que propose l'hôtel en ce moment... nous avons très bien été accueillis... nous avons passé commande de différents plats et autres mets pour pouvoir déguster ce que le chef proposait... après 1h15 d'attente sans même que quelqu'un puisse venir nous tenir informés de la situation...nous nous retrouvons avec portions maigres froides et encore un butter chicken qui était le met principal, ne comportait que du poulet qu'on avait pris comme starter enrobée d'une sauce au beurre.... le curry fish était inondé de l'huile de coco... qu'on avait pas l'impression de déguster un met indien... nous avons été totalement mais totalement déçus... si vous n'êtes pas capables d'organiser des dîners à thème... ne vous vous aventurez pas à attirer la foule ... des 4 coins de l'île... nous avons fait 2h de route pour récolter une déception au final...

Nous y avons séjourné durant 2 semaines. Tout a été parfait.
Nous avons pu faire une initiation au golf avec un professeur et gratuitement.
L’hôtel a une plage privée sur l’île aux cerfs avec un service de bateau et c’était super.

Bref j’ai que du positif à dire sur cet hôtel, un des meilleurs fait jusqu’à présent.

Resort is set in a good location with golf amenities. Suites are spacious and well equipped but lack certain basic amenities like dental kits which should be expected seeing as the hotel is rated 5 star.

The service levels are not on par with what you would expect. We booked a buffet dinner with seafood. The lady serving the lobsters needs serious training on how to deal with paying patrons. Won’t go to much more detail as I’m sure the hotel will identify her.

The lady making the breakfast in the mornings is nothing but spectacular in her care and attention to guests especially when you wake up in the morning and want to be greeted with warm smiles to make your day a great one.

Overall not a bad experience with lots of room to improve.

Really a place like heaven and peace of mind

Hospitality was on point!
The team was very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent.
There were also singers who came to each table and performed whatever songs we wanted and they really did a praiseworthy job.
It is worth it!!!

كان ثالث فندق لي ب موريشيوس و فاز ب اسوء فندق سكنته بكل الدول ????
اول شي المكان يعتبر مقطعه ف كل شي جيبه معك

النجمه فقط لنظافة الغرف و احترام الموظفيين
الباقي كله سيء
و النجمه الثانيه للبحر و الاشجار اهم مالهم علاقه فيها
الفطور سيء ماله طعم يعني اذا بتفطر فواكة و كرواسان تمام غيره ابداً ما ينبلع
- الانترنت اضطرينا نكلمهم مرتين علشان يعدلونه كان يشبك ع ٣ جوالات فقط !
- اخذت ٣ غرف مع مسبح ( المسبح بدون تدفئه )
- الحمام كان عندي مشكلة و اضطريت اكلمهم و يصلحونها + ( مافيه شطاف )
- الفرن من اول يوم سكنت وهو خربان يشتغل شوي ويطفى و اكلمهم يجون يشغلونه و يرجع يطفى بعدها ب ١٠ دقايق الى ٢٠ دقيقه بالكثير استمرينا ٤ ايام باليوم نكلمهم علشان الفرن من مرتين الى ٣!
- باليوم الي بنطلع منه جو غيروه ب فرن ثاني !
يعني اهم عارفين ما بتنحل المشكلة ليه اقعد اعاني ب كل الايامي الي جلست فيها .
(( فيه موظف اسمه الشيخ او شي قريب من كذا كان بالصيانه هو الوحيد الي اخلص ب شغله ))

ما يستاهل والله الليل من قوه الرياح ما ينفع علشان تجيهم رياح المحيط من استراليا كل يوم والشي الثاني اخر ايام وجودك انتبه تحاسب بدون ما تشوف السعر في جهاز الصرافه وليسه الفاتوره والله انهم اخدو مني ما يقارب ٥٥٠ ريال ولما طلبت فلوسي قالو بترجع بعد ١٤ يوم عمل والله إلى الآن ٣ شهور ما رجعت والمنتجع ماصار يرد على الايميلات

Amazing property, good services and great activities! the staff are very friendly and helpful! i stayed in 3703 villa it was clean and well served.
Thank you mr. Soon, mrs. Karishma , ms. Cherille, mr. Florian , mr. Prayash for their nice behavior and for the entire team for their outstanding hospility????????????

The reason for 4 star is because of the 3 bedroom suite. It was very lovely, good size, big balcony and good size living room. Master bedroom big, large walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with shower and a bath. 2nd bedroom also ensuite and decent size. However, the third bedroom was tiny, no ensuite and no bedside cabinets as too small for that. No where to swing a cat tbh. We were 3 couples and was very difficult to decide who gets the smallest room. Then there was a tiny bathroom for the third couple to use just outside their bedroom, again felt bad that our daughter and her husband volunteered to take that room and the smallest bathroom. It should not be advertised as a double bedrooms. That is not correct at all. The plunge pool on the terrace a nice touch but absolutely useless in the winter as freezing, so not able to use it at all. We had decent WiFi. We had a bottle of water each every day. Kitchen has what you need for basic use.
The main pool, too cold to use. 4 restaurants but only 2 we could use as mostly not available and even if available we would have to pay extra. We were on full board. So restaurant on the beach very nice but too slow with service. We arrived for check in and went for lunch whilst our suite was getting ready, hoping we could spend sometime by the beach before sunset and whilst there was good sunshine, however the meal took more than 2 and half hours!! Didn't get to see much of the sun by the time we got into our suite ( 3 bedrooms) and got our stuff etc...by then it was 16.30 or so and getting cold!!. Second day the weather was not so good unfortunately so not much we could do. Third day we went to ile aux cerf and it was a perfect day, lovely private beach area, good service and we had a lovely lunch on the beach. Our son in law made the most of the golf courses both at anahita on the first day and on the ile aux cerf golf course. That day we celebrated our sons birthday on the beach of ile aux cerf and then a meal at the il forno on golf course. They brought a chocolate cake for his birthday. Overall very nice place if you are a golfer and if there was more variety for restaurants, although the buffet was pretty good and we ate there on 2 nights. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Place probably needs upgrading a bit, some Sunbeds mouldy for instance. Some music by the pool might create an ambience, but seems most customers were off to ile aux cerfs rather than staying by the pool, but that is probably because the pool is too cold to use and the beach is very small, and not as beautiful as ile aux cerf beach.

The staff and the hotel itself are great! However our expensive villa had the water turned off unexpectedly the first day, leaving my brother with soap on him for about 20 minutes, we were given non working key cards and the Internet connection/Wi-Fi in the rooms was terrible in coverage and slow when connected. Hotels costing a quarter of this place do much better. Also food choices were few at the all you can eat buffet. At this price per night, absolutely do not recommend

AN absolute delight. A perfect place to do your vacation in Mauritius. We stayed in Suites and they had an amazing view and service. We had only a day and it was raining so couldn't use their golf course which is a must do as well.. especially the one on the island...

Anahita provided a truly memorable stay. The hotel is placed on the south of the island with lots of little villa’s. It’s incredibly beautiful and uses golf carts to get around between the villa’s as it is quite a large resort. The boathouse were friendly and offered free stand up paddle boarding. We also loved the free shuttle to ils aux cerfs which went on throughout the day at regular 30 minute intervals.

Theres a variety of restaurants on site offering food which are pre-bookable. I particularly liked the beach front restaurant which provided a picturesque dining experience. We found the buffet a bit limiting regarding the variety of food options.

Overall, Anahita was a truly relaxing memorable stay - would highly recommend!

من اروع الأماكن اللي ممكن تسكن فيها كامل متكامل كل شي موجود بالمنتجع مطاعم وكوفي وسبا وصالون رياضه ملعب تنس وغولف ومحلات ملابس وفعاليات بحرية بعضها مجانية وبعضها بفلوس ، الخدمة رائعة جداً كل شي وسريعه والغرف كبيرة وحلوة ونظيفة ، العاملين بالمكان بشوشين ومحترمين وخدومين جداً العيب الوحيد ان دورة المياة مافيها شطاف ولكن كلمتهم وتعاونوا معي وجابوا لي علبة تعبي فيها الموية الله يكرمكم ، المنتجع كبيرة جداً وممكن تتمشى فيه على رجلك من كثر ماهو حلو هو مثل الحديقة الكبيرة جداً فطبيعي يكون فيه بعض الحشرات بالخارج رغم انهم حريصين على رش المكان ، العيب الوحيد انه ظلام بالليل الاضاءة خافته جداً.

اقمت بهذا المنتجع لمده ٣ ايام وكانت من اروع الايام كل طاقم العمل محترم ومبتسم ومبادر الصراحة المكان جداً جميل افضل من الصور وينفع للعوائل وهادئ وخدمه الغرف poonam امرأه لطيفة ومحترمه وقدمت لنا كوكنت واتر مجاناً

I stayed at this resort for 3 days and it was one of the best days. All the staff were respectful, smiling, and proactive. The place was truly beautiful, even better than the photos. It's suitable for families and was peaceful. The room service was excellent ***- Poonam****, a kind and professional woman, brought us complimentary coconut water.

Wonderful Golfing- nature so great- Hotelroom sufficient, Restaurant good, entertainment boring.

Our stay was wonderful. Very friendly staffs and attentive to all our requests... Excellent meals... Beautiful place... Rooms are clean and spacious. Special mentions to the manager Mr Soon.... Mr Kavi in the Bliss restaurant.... Kavishti and team at the reception and Mr shamim and team on the private beach of Anahita at ileaux cerfs for the amazing lunch and drinks and thanks to all the other staffs around. Everything was just perfect.

Starting from the reception with Miss Kivishti, till the restaurants with Mr kavi and Mr Soon, the whole team welcomed us well. The ile aux cerf team with Mr Shameem was very welcoming too. GREAT FOOD and service quality.

Had a wonderful stay but 5 months later we are still awaiting our balance of deposit we left on checking in, even after 6 emails and several phone calls ( which every time promise money will be in our account next week)

Just simply not good enough and means our choice this December will be somewhere different

The place is very, very beautiful and it is truly beneficial for honeymooners. However, there are drawbacks to everything beautiful.

1. There is no bidet for personal hygiene purposes. So, if you're coming here, you should bring an electric bidet with you.

2. Room cleaning is delayed. For example, if I scheduled my room to be cleaned at 10 AM, they didn't clean it until 3 PM.

But the workers at the place are extremely friendly, especially a staff member named Venash who made every effort to provide service with a smile.

In the end, thank you to the lovely resort. ????????

Voyage proposé par golf autour du monde...l hôtel est magnifique, le jardin parfaitement entretenu, le service irréprochable et la situation géographique est idéale ...la plade privée de l'île aux cerfs est superbe également....et que dire des 2 golfs (anahita et ile aux cerfs) !! Juste sublimes....bref, on a tout aimé

الموقع جهة الشروق ومحترفين جدا في الدخول والخروج وكل شي ، لايوجد شطاف ، اكل المطعم ليس جيد ////The location is towards the east and they are very professional in entering and exiting and everything. There is no bidet, the restaurant’s food is not good.

Je recommande cet établissement.
