Wunderschöner Platz. Mega freundliches Personal. Und dann noch unterschiedliche Strände (quiet Beach) zur Auswahl. Alternative kann man sich auch an einen der Pool niederlassen.
Auch das Essen war mega lecker. Besonders ein Essen "lazy fish" war einfach super. Beim "lazy fish" nur darauf achten, ob es ein Buffet oder ein Grillabend ist. Wir haben den gegrillten Fisch bevorzugt.

تجربة جميلة ومنتجع جميل ومسبح خاص ويشمل خدمات لنقل الجزيرة ويوجد فعاليات داخله وطلب منهم احتفال لنا واحضروا لنا كيكة بمناسبته مجاناً شكرا لهم

The rooms are wide and clean

The beach was amazing (bring swimming/latex socks with you)

The food was ok ( i would not recommend the room dine in because it was microwaved)

The staff were great (I would like to specially thanks Kushal in the restaurant at the lobby)

The restaurants were ok, the indian was the best.

I would definitely come back.

و للاسف يأخذون مبلغ تأمين قبل
ولي اكثر من شهرين ما رجع المبلغ للحساب
وكل ما توصلت معهم يقولون اسفين وبنتحقق ولا يسون شي
الافضل تعطونهم مبلغ التأمين كاش
إذا بالفيزا بتتورطون معهم

بكل امانه تجربتي مع المنتجع هذا سيئه ولن اكررها
اول يوم وصلنا فيه خلونا نتتظر الى الساعه ٣ حتى دخلنا واول ما دخلنا الفيلا فيه صوت جنبنا وكلموا المهندس وجاء يصلحه واليوم اللي بعده قالوا لنا بيطفى الكهرباء من ١٢ ص الى ٥:٣٠ ص والفجر ورفضنا معهم وبعد الشين اعطونا فيلا بديله هذي مشكله قد ما تحدث مع الجميع وعوضنا عنها بعشاء بس
وبرضوا مشكلة النمل حول المسبح فيه نمل كثير رقم فيلتنا ١٠٧
وخذلك البقي سيارة القولف هذي لازم تتنقل فيها داخل المنتجع ولازم تكلمهم قبل عشان يجي وياخذ له وقت من ١٠ الى ١٥ دقيقه حتى يوصلك واخر يوم قبل نروح للمطار اخذ ٢٨ دقيقه ع ماجانا
المطاعم جيده ماعدا بومبو سيء جداً ما انصح فيه حتى لو تجربه والاسعار غاليه مره
منتجع ما يستاهل ٥ نجوم

لايوجد تكييف في اغلب الاماكن وغير متعاونين واذا كنت حاجز ودافع قبل يلزمونك تدفع لهم 2000 يورو علماً بأني حاحز فيلا والاهم لايوجد مصداقيه بالحجز تجربه سيئه لشهر العسل للاسف

Breakfast was excellent..the staff super attentive and the food great .. the bar staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to keep us happy. The Indian restaurant was great food, the lazy fish was fine .. and the main restaurant was great for lunch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

It's phenomenal accommodation and, of course, also the taste food in Acquapazza restaurant from wonderful chefs , unique service. Teams' breakfasts are fantastic, la plaz beach grill is very well and uppercut is extremely ???? ???? wow. It is also always a unique experience in fourseasons.

رائع والأجواء لطيفة جدا

Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mauritius was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience.

We booked a four-night stay, expecting the luxury and exceptional service that the Four Seasons brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Upon checking into our room, which was one of the most expensive suites available, we discovered that the cold water faucets were dispensing scalding hot water—an extreme safety hazard, especially since we were traveling with our three young children (ages 6, 5, and 2). Despite our immediate complaint, the issue was not resolved. Instead, we were disturbed repeatedly by different staff members until 11:30 PM, offering no solution and making our first night anything but restful.

To our dismay, the issue continued throughout the second day. I suffered burns from the hot water, and the thought of my children being exposed to this danger was terrifying. The hotel’s lack of urgency and dismissive responses to our complaints were incredibly frustrating.

Adding to our distress, we had requested Indian food for our eldest child, who has special dietary needs, to be delivered at 6:30 PM. Despite confirming this with our butler, the food was not served on time. After repeated reminders, the manager approached us at 7:20 PM—by which time my child was already in distress and had to be fed plain white rice. This level of service is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber.

This experience has completely ruined our trip and left us feeling utterly disillusioned with the Four Seasons brand. I urge future guests to think twice before booking here, as the service and safety standards were far below what we expected.

المنتجع جميل اللاند سيكب خيال ونظيف مافيه حشرات كثيره وقت زيارتي اغسطس كان براد والاجواء خيال الخدمه ممتازه الموظفين بشوشين ودودين وخدومين استقبلونا بحفاوه بفوط رطبه ومشروب ترحيبي جلست ٨ ايام فالمنتجع اخذت فلتين بمسبح كانت جميله ووسيعه منتجع مثالي للاسترخاء السرير والمرتبه جداً مريحه فالنوم .. واطفالي استمتعو جداً مع الكيدز كلوب فيه جدول كل يوم فعاليات غير مره صيد سمك طبخ جوله سباحه فالبحر العاب بحريه ورسم من ٩ص الى ٩م المسابح فيها تدفئه..
الفطور في مطعم بامبو كان جيد ومنوع ويوجد للغداء والعشاء ٥ مطاعم جربت ايطالي وهندي كانت جيده ومطعم ستيك هاوس كان لذيذ..
يهتمون بالمناسبات كان يوم ميلاد ولدي وجابو له كيكه صغيره للفيلا ???? النظافه بسيطه جداً جداً فالغرف
